1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) govern the access and use of the website published by SARL NEXPERT, dedicated to event organization and management.

2. Services Provided

The website allows users to:

  • Register as an event participant
  • Apply as a speaker
  • Request event organization services

3. Website Access

The website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Certain services require the completion of forms.

4. Registration and Forms

The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when:

  • Registering for an event
  • Applying as a speaker
  • Submitting an organization request SARL NEXPERT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any request in the event of inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. Validation of Requests

  • Participant registrations may be confirmed following validation or payment.
  • Speaker applications are subject to review before final validation.
  • Event organization requests will be processed, and a response will be provided subsequently.

6. Payment Terms

Payment methods may vary depending on the event (CCP, BaridiMob, cash, etc.) and will be specified during each registration.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Any request for registration cancellation must be made at least 15 days prior to the event date.
  • In the event of cancellation within this timeframe, the participant will be entitled to a 90% refund of the amount paid.
  • Any cancellation made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • SARL NEXPERT reserves the right to review certain exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability

SARL NEXPERT shall not be held liable:

  • In the event of cancellation or modification of an event beyond its control.
  • In cases of force majeure.
  • In the event of fraudulent use of information provided by a user.

9. Personal Data

Data collected via forms are used solely for the purpose of event management, registrations, and related communications. They are neither sold nor shared without consent, except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of SARL NEXPERT unless otherwise stated.

11. Amendments to the GTCU

SARL NEXPERT reserves the right to modify these GTCU at any time. Users will be informed in the event of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These GTCU are governed by Algerian law.
